Payment
Payment must be cleared before any orders are prepared or dispatched. You have the options to the payment method and please note sufficient time must be allowed to clear prior to delivery. All payment transactions will be handled by the third party you selected and they will be responsible for the security of your bank account or credit card. Fluffy Rabbit will not take liability for any consequential loss or damage.
Delivery and Shipping
It is our policy to send your order to you as quickly as possible. In return we expect you to check the delivery address carefully. Should any cost be arisen for sending the wrong address you provided, you may have to pay for it. We regret that we cannot specify the precise date of delivery at the time that you place your order. As we have no control over the postal and shipping service we cannot accept any liability for late delivery.
